Description of House and Garden
The villa has two levels. The top level has the living room, dining room,kitchen
and the master bed room with bath en suite. There is also the
access to the south oriented large balcony and the roof terrace.
The bottom level locates the bibliothek, two double bed rooomes
with bath and one single bed room.. From there you reach the
garage, the large roofed terrace and the pool. The house was
renovated in 2001, also the pool and the electrical installation
was renewed. 2010 all roomes were equipped with modern
quiet air conditioning units. House and garden are decorated
with unicates to provide for an exclusive mediterenian style.
The villa is located in an exclusive quiet residential area and
garden aswell as the pool area are protected against views
